Every VIP Day is custom-tailored to your priorities. Depending on your goals, we could use the day to:

So you’re ready?
Let me show you how it works…..
Step 1
Get in Touch
Fill out the short application here so I can learn a little about your goals and what you’re hoping to achieve.
VIP Days must be booked at least two weeks in advance - this gives you time to complete your content prep.
Step 2
Alignment Call
Within 1-2 business days, I’ll reach out to book a free Alignment Call.
We’ll talk through your business, ensure we’re a good fit, and explore how the VIP Day can be tailored to support you best.
Step 3
Choose Your Date
You’ll choose a VIP Day date from my available calendar during our call.
After that, I’ll send through your contract and a 50% deposit invoice to officially lock it in.
Step 4
Pre-VIP Prep
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a preparation checklist and brand/website questionnaire.
These are due at least one week before our Strategy Call, and ensure we’re set up for a smooth, productive day.
Step 5
Strategy Call
Before your VIP Day, we’ll have a dedicated Strategy Call to align on direction and details.
We’ll walk through your initial branding concept and/or a rough outline of your Squarespace site, so we’re totally in sync before we dive in.
Step 6
VIP Day
Your big day is here! I’ll be fully focused on your goals, with a few check-ins to stay aligned and keep things flowing.
Need flexibility? We can split the day across two if you're in a different time zone.
Step 7
That’s a Wrap!
Once your project is complete, I’ll send over all your final files - including branding assets, your live website, and any supporting links or tutorials if needed.
You’ll walk away with everything ready to launch - and total confidence in your new brand presence.

We’ll help you decide during our discovery call if you’re unsure.

We do require a basic brand foundation (colors, logo, and typography) before designing a site - otherwise the design won't reflect your business well.
If you don’t have that yet, our Brand Clarity Day is the perfect first step.

We offer Half VIP Days for smaller tasks, such as Squarespace updates, tweaks to your branding, or finishing a few outstanding pieces.

Your day might include logo design, color palette, font selection, patterns, and a simple style guide - tailored to your brand vision and goals.

We’ll create a clean, functional Squarespace website that reflects your brand.
This includes layout design, user experience, mobile responsiveness, and video tutorials so you can confidently update it yourself later.

Not much! After booking, you’ll receive a prep checklist and questionnaire to guide what’s needed.
If you already have inspiration or brand assets, great - but if not, I’ll help you pull it all together. -
Absolutely - every VIP Day is personalized. We’ll confirm what you want to achieve on a free alignment call, and I’ll create a plan to make it happen.

You’ll receive 7 days of post-day email support to ask questions or request light tweaks.
If you require any ongoing support or extra design work, we can chat about custom add-ons.
