If we feel confident we can help you reach your goals, we’ll invite you to a discovery call to learn more about you and your unique needs.

Once you’re booked in, you’ll receive our Client Welcome Packet and an important Client Questionnaire, which we ask to be completed by your project start date.
This helps us understand your business, design preferences, and your vision for your brand - giving us a clear creative strategy to build from.
It’s also an opportunity for you to reflect on the big-picture goals and intentions for your business.

After reviewing your questionnaire, we’ll develop Moodboard options that capture the feel of your brand.
You’ll choose the direction that resonates most with your vision, ensuring we’re aligned from the very start.
If you’ve engaged us for website design, this is when we’ll guide you through providing all your content and imagery by the project start date.
