Our process kicks off by you filling out our contact form here and we’ll come back to you as soon as possible. We only take on a select amount of clients per month, ensuring we give each brand and project our highest attention.
But if we feel we can definitely help you achieve your goals, we can connect over a discovery call to learn more about you and your unique needs! -
Once you’re on our books, we’ll send you over our Client Welcome Packet and an important Client Questionnaire to be completed by your project start date.
This is just to gather more details about your business, any design ideas you have and your specific vision for your branding - so we can build your branding with an accurate creative strategy!
It also gives you some mindful space to look at the ‘big picture’ goals and intentions for your business.

Once we receive your completed branding questionnaire, we’ll dive in to understand your goals, and will also pull together your Moodboard imagery that we feel reflects the overall mood of your brand. You can then choose from some options which will form our approach to your brand; see which one you feel aligns closest to your brand to ensure we’re both on the same page from the very start!
**If you’ve also engaged us for your website, this will be the time to provide us with all content including your current imagery but we’ll guide you through what’s required by start date.

Time for you to sit back and relax! With your branding information as the foundation, we’ll start building out your logos, colors, fonts and all other parts of your brand identity.
After creating multiple concepts, we’ll choose the strongest ones and present you with up to 3 design strategies to choose from, with 2 revision rounds.

We’ll send over all your design files, as well as a custom Brand Style Guide outlining your brand direction moving forward.
